About the Center
The Outsourcing Center has been operating since 2022. During the war, many businesses faced staff shortages, the need to relocate production, and overall adaptation to new conditions. We help solve any technical challenge by providing freelance professionals.
Our database includes general and narrow-profile engineers, selected for your specific request. The problems are solved competently, quickly, and reliably, as we work only with experienced specialists.
In two years, we have completed over 1800 successful cases across Ukraine*, and continue to grow our team and service range.

Перш за все, мусимо зазначити, що перелік послуг, надаваних Аутсорсинговим центром, не є константою – ми намагаємося працювати гнучко, оперативно реагуючи на потреби та запити ринку. А відтак поки немає сенсу створювати уніфікований каталог послуг. Однак, сьогодні найбільш витребуваними є такі послуги:
- ремонт і перезапуск обладнання;
- забезпечення доступу до електроенергії;
- розробка інструкцій та технологічних карт;
- розробка рецептур продукції;
- консультації щодо відповідності нормам, регламентам та сертифікатам;
- підбір обладнання.
Вартість послуги визначається виключно після погодження переліку, обсягу та складності робіт зі спеціалістом. Робота вважається повністю виконаною лише після підписання підприємством акту виконаних робіт.
Так, наявність відповідних фахівців робить можливим надання такої послуги.
Звичайно, наші спеціалісти надають таку послугу. У разі, якщо здійснена оцінка засвідчить невідповідність оцінюваного об’єкту нормам, регламентам чи сертифікатам, ми готові проконсультувати вас щодо подальших кроків задля усунення виявлених недоліків. Однак, мусимо наголосити, що Аутсорсинговий Центр не є сертифікаційною організацією та не може здійснювати процедуру сертифікації й засвідчувати її відповідним документом.
На жаль, ми не зможемо допомогти вам із виконанням проектних робіт – ця послуга не передбачена нашими статутними документами.
Оскільки проєкт, відповідно до котрого працює Аутсорсинговий Центр, передбачає надання лише технічних та технологічних послуг, ми не маємо змоги проконсультувати вас щодо даного питання.
Якість надання послуг контролюється шляхом проведення усного опитування клієнта відразу після виконання робіт спеціалістом.
Трудові правовідносини оформляються шляхом укладання договору про надання послуг цивільно-правового характеру між ГС «U-Food» і відповідним спеціалістом. Клієнт здійснює оплату за отриману послугу безпосередньо ГС «U-Food».
Ми не обмежені територіальним цензом – послуги надаються на усій території України, за винятком тимчасово окупованих територій і локацій, де ведуться бойові дії.
